Aaron is a counselor, teacher, coach, public speaker, and researcher. He works with individuals, groups, couples, and adults to support their success in conquering obstacles on their path and provides clinical supervision to counselors seeking professional licensure. He offers workshops and training to small groups and organizations working to grow in equity and social justice. His approach incorporates experiential learning and fosters brave, transformative spaces.
Over the course of his thirteen year career, Aaron spent six years counseling at-risk adults and juveniles around the state of Colorado, served as Executive Vice President and Part Owner of the Perklen Center for Psychotherapy in Greeley, Colorado, and actively serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Henderson Consulting and EAP Services.
When he is not working for more equitable communities, you can find Aaron on a golf course, pumping iron, watching football, singing, dancing, and spending time with family and friends to fuel his soul.
