Aaron is a counselor, teacher, coach, public speaker, and researcher. He works with individuals, groups, couples, and adults to support their success in conquering obstacles on their path and provides clinical supervision to counselors seeking professional licensure. He offers workshops and training to small groups and organizations working to grow in equity and social justice. His approach incorporates experiential learning and fosters brave, transformative spaces.

Over the course of his thirteen year career, Aaron spent six years counseling at-risk adults and juveniles around the state of Colorado, served as Executive Vice President and Part Owner of the Perklen Center for Psychotherapy in Greeley, Colorado, and actively serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Henderson Consulting and EAP Services.​

When he is not working for more equitable communities, you can find Aaron on a golf course, pumping iron, watching football, singing, dancing, and spending time with family and friends to fuel his soul.

Brianna is a counselor, coach, trainer, and consultant. She supports individuals, groups, and couples to make connections from their past to their present, discover their most authentic self, and move forward in their life from a centered place. Alongside Dr. Henderson, she offers experiential workshops and training to small groups and organizations working to grow in equity and social justice. Brianna brings expertise in individual and intercultural communication to the work of Hearts for Justice.

When she is not working for more equitable communities, she finds grounding through her relationship with her partner and friends, reading, meditation, and spending time in nature with her black lab.
